Terms and Conditions for Social Media Management Services

1. Definitions
1.1 Client: The individual or business engaging 7BR Creative Media for social media management services.
1.2 Service Provider: 7BR Creative Media, providing the agreed services as outlined in this document.
1.3 Services: Social media management, content creation, logo design, QR code creation, and other related services as specified in the agreement.

2. Scope of Services
2.1 The Service Provider agrees to provide the Services outlined in the proposal or agreement.
2.2 Any additional services requested by the Client will be subject to a separate agreement or additional fees.

3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 The Client must provide access to relevant social media accounts, branding materials, and any necessary content to enable the Service Provider to perform the Services effectively.
3.2 The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information to the Service Provider.

4. Fees and Payment Terms
4.1 The fees for Services will be outlined in the proposal or invoice provided to the Client.
4.2 Payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the agreement.
4.3 Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of Services.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The Client retains ownership of all original content and materials provided to the Service Provider.
5.2 The Service Provider retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or methodologies used in delivering the Services.
5.3 All final deliverables created by the Service Provider will become the property of the Client upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, data, and materials confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
7.2 The Service Provider’s total liability will not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific Services rendered.

8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
8.2 In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for paying for all Services provided up to the termination date.

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed through informal negotiation.
9.2 If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
